Meet our pastors
Jack Warren was ordained to the gospel ministry in 1962 by a church that later merged with the First Baptist Church of Fort Worth, Texas. He has pastored churches in Kansas, Nebraska and Texas, serving as senior pastor of the Bethesda Baptist Church since April 1978.
Dr. Warren published A View of the Norris Phenomenon, a book about his experience in a fellowship of churches he helped originate in 1984 and Redemption in Isaiah 53. He taught a Bible Survey class in two different colleges and was editor of two periodicals. Dr. Warren and his wife, Sue, have been married 54 years. They have two children, Julie, now with the Lord, and Tom. They have three grandchildren. J.D., Chelsea and Lindsey and one great-grandson, Cade. |
J.D. Warren is our pastor-in-training. He has faithfully served the church since 2008, earning the confidence of the congregation. He is a serious student of the Word of God with an amazing depth of understanding. God willing, J.D. will soon be ordained and become one of our elders. |
